Today, I wanted to create a blog post on manifesting!
Affirmations are a great and easy way to bring your desired dreams to reality.
But how do affirmations do that?
It all starts with a thought.
The practice of manifestation (Law of Attraction) is essentially that our inner self (our thoughts, beliefs, and/or feelings) creates our physical reality.
We act according to what we believe – And when we change our thoughts and beliefs to be more positive and abundance-oriented, our actions change too.
And thus, our life changes.
In this blog post, we’ll be going over a list of positive affirmations you can say to change different aspect of your life.
Here are the topics we’ll be going over in this blog post:
- Love
- Marriage
- Abundance
- Job
- Health
- Intuition
- Luck
- I Am…
You can say all of them or pick and choose which ones feel right for you. You definitely don’t have to say all of them!
You can also make adjustments to the affirmations so that it fits according to what you desire (For example, if you don’t want marriage right now but want a relationship, feel free to switch out the words!)
How often should someone repeat these phrases?: I recommend doing it at a level that feels fun to you.
For some, once is enough. For others, come back and say these phrases once a day, once a week, or a couple times a month. Whatever works for you!
The moment the routine feels like a chore is when you may want to relax and let go.
I believe a good way to go about manifestation is as if it were light-hearted game.
So relax and just have fun with it! Some of the best manifestations come when you’re simply curious and playing around with what you can do!
Love
